Building a 6NZ..Any suggestions?

    Sounds perty impressive! 830 crank hp with a 550 file and 57s. Did you actually put it on a dyno to confirm?

    Not yet, it might all be ######## probably only have 550hp lol but no Its a modified 550 cat file. I had it done this last week. Fuel milage seems to be doing better but I havent refueled yet.

    As far as injectors I was told the 8501s can hold up to 1000 hp so I went with them again just flow matched. Just turn the fuel up with a good tune.

    Depends on power you want, I have a 80mm stage 2 borgwarner non waste gate with a 1.45 exhaust housing.. itl handle around 835

    Under 750 I think they do a 78mm stage 1 non wasted gated with probably a 1.36 housing.

    Manifold pdi has a good one or full tilt but i probably wouldn't do the coated manifold as the coating will only last 2-3 years.

    Also my injectors all have code 5232 on them, and that's why I run that code now... before the injectors it would idle ruff and blow smoke with that code. But lots of guys do it with no issues. Some will even do a 6999 but imo that's to hot.

    650 -750 is goal. Diesel controlls Massillon Ohio makes a Borg clone 80mm 1.36 I think
