Are Volvos the only trucks with dinettes?

I've never seen another brand with one. All the trucks I've been in didn't have one. You'd figure they'd be more popular. I don't like team driving, so to me the idea of having a place to sit down would be great instead of 2 bed area, with 1 that can't be used while the other guy's driving. Also it's extra countertop space if you're making food in the truck.

When I'd cook on the truck I'd have to set stuff in containers on the bed all the time. I figure a dinning area like those Volvos have would be perfect if I had a choice.

Apparently this is one from some newer model. They also had pictures of it with cushions on the bottom area if you search for "Volvo Dinette." It's like you could convert the bottom to a bunk as well, so the top is for extra storage if you want.

I saw that one. Thing is, I've never seen a used Freightliner with one. They must just now be rolling those out. Half of the Volvos I've looked at had dinettes.

I have it in my Truck but it never gets used... I started thinking I’d sleep in the upper bunk and leave the table set up... bit that didn’t work out as planned... now I sleep “downstairs” but never set the table up... I’m normally either driving or horizontal... wish I used it more.

It's the opposite for me. I sleep on the upper bunk for the last 4 years and table always stays up. I just absolutely love having the dinette

Same here. Cooking in truck is too much for me. Plus mattress “downstairs” is a lot better.
