ESTES Express (5 Year Review)

DOT really dont bother LTL companies, dot knows most LTLs are compliant even the most crappy LTL.

 

I sent my application for PD, got a missed call today from the HQ. She asked me to call her back, which I did but wasn't able to get a hold of her.

Question, what are the questions they asked for the screening phone interview aside from the information you listed on the application?


I have almost 5yrs exp and I really want the job. Its only 12 mins drive from my house and I wanted this opportunity for the better/long run.


I will really appreciate if anyone can share some info's.

Btw, I have clean MVR no point, but I had one very minor bumper incident that happened almost 3yrs ago backing in a very tight truck stop, my previous employer listed it on my DAC which I know Estes normally participate upon hiring a driver. You think this will DQ me to the position?

 

As long as you disclose everything to Estes you should be fine. What terminal you applying out of.

Already got a job offer with Estes , that was quick after filling the app out Tuesday night lol. I’m suppose to do a drug test and get an MVR background check when I receive a call today or Monday for details.
