He gave me one for 15 over

Oh boy, 15 over is bad news. You can loose your job over it. You must get a lawyer to get it down graded.farmerjohn64, Aamcotrans, Vegas unlimited and 5 others Thank this.

Sounds like it would be best to get an attorney and try to get that baby down from a 15 over. I know in my company that is a HUGE no no.
Rideandrepair, Coffey and snowlauncher Thank this. -
15 over is considered reckless driving. Maybe @Chinatown could offer advice on what lawyer outfit.
Coffey, Puppage and snowlauncher Thank this. -
I direct you to Table 2 of part 383.51. If you get another 15 over ticket you are flirting with a 60-day suspension of your commercial driving privileges. This is not an opinion or a misinterpretation of the rules. What happens next depends on how your carrier desires to handle it. The best advice I know to give you is to slow down! Get the 3rd one and that 60 days is doubled, but honestly, you will be un-insurable at that point. Hire an attorney if you think it will help.Coffey, Swedish Chef, jammer910Z and 3 others Thank this.
