Ok, going to the gym (provided you even have time and money to go......) is going to be more specific focus on certain muscle groups and cardio etc., but unloading is still excercise. And i will concede that is one advantage you foodians have.

This is fantastic advice! many people think once they start exercising they can slam down large pizzas and cookies unless you have a great metabolism you just can’t do that. Like above stated cut the carbs and sugar. Drinking big gulp sodas with sugar is a killer, read the food labels. Eat small meals. If your forced to buy fast food don’t buy the combo buy a cheese burger and a water but cut the fries and sodas.
