Hello From Wisconsin

    Hello everyone.

    I am an equipment operator for a small Family owned company and I love my job. But sometimes I catch myself daydreaming about driving truck, and I'm afraid someday this small company might get swallowed up by some of the big guys moving in. I am looking ahead 2 - 5+ years and thinking about what I would want to do if I had to find another job. I've been with the same company, have CDL's and driving truck since 1985. I just want to have a plan B if need be.

    So I thought I might stop in here and seek some advice from the experts and get a feel for the community.
