Looking for starter company

Look for the same things you'd look for in any other company. I personally like small companies.

 

But the smaller companies want more experience. I don't have the experience they want.

 

I have a tanker endorsement. I don't have the experience.

 

Most of the guys just got their cdl. They didn't have experience either.

None of us had experience in anything when we all started with whatever.

 

Can someone recommend several companies that will train a newbie Tanker Truck Driver?

Keep looking until you find who you want to work for. You will be working 70 hrs a week, make sure your boss is someone you want to benefit. If you go with someone who hires anyone expect to be treated like anyone.
