I have a headache rack, do away with pogo stick and put the double springs to an eyebolt in headache rack. Do away with the coiled airlines and get the 3 in one that has the wrap. If you still needed the 90’s I’m sure it would be fine. I have the 260” wheelbase so I have 6’ between front of trailer and headache rack.

Mine is a 230" wheelbase. A headache rack would be ideal but right now i cant swing it. Im on the hunt today for another plate or cab mounted.....thing...for the air hoses. If i could lower where they come out and have them come straight up, i would be gold. I just wonder about driveshaft clearance under there.

It shouldn't restrict flow enough to bother you, unless you use tiny elbows. Brakes are about pressure, not flow.

I love children with tiny elbows. I put them in the crockpot for tiny elbow macaroni.

Not picking a fight so please don’t take it that way, but actually putting an elbow in is akin to adding 8 feet of hose. The change in direction slows the air down so it takes longer to reach its destination.

Yeah, I've played with fluid flow a little too, I used to model for some heavy duty CFD types. However, I doubt the effects would be significant, but I could be wrong, as I'm not a fluid flow dynsmicist.

I doubt it too, but it does have an effect.

Yes, I'm not arguing that point. Would the effect be significant? If so, I stand every so humbly corrected.

I added 45° elbows. So i'll let y'all know of any noticable change on Monday. I pulled a trailer around the yard today and didnt notice any difference but we'll se how it feels loaded on the big road.
