04 Columbia headlight issue

    I've got a 04 Freightliner Columbia with a weird headlight issue... when I place the headlight switch in the park light only mode (down) the driver side headlight illuminates... when I flip the switch in the up mode both headlights come on as they should. Anyone else have/had this problem?

    I'd say it may be a grounding issue, but that is a guess, Both bulbs are illuminated on high beam, only the upper bulb is on when on low beam. The ground path for the marker is going through one or the other, and it's on but probably dim.

    I had a issue with a FLD that caused one of the headlamps to come on dim on one side, but it's been so long ago, all I remember is that it was a grounding problem.
