I just bought a 1994 Peterbilt 377. Does anyone know where I can find owner/service manuals? I contacted Peterbilt and the cost is going to be in the $500-600 range. They have to make them. I sure don't want to pay that much for them. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!![]()

manuals aren't cheap. but i'd think $300 to $400. try a different dealer (one that's not a rush peterbilt center)
these are factory service manuals and they are worth every pennyluvtheroad Thanks this. -
I'd thought about a different dealer but didn't know if they would all be the same. I may have gotten a person who really didn't want to go to the trouble too. I agree that the books are important. I did find a diagram of the wiring and they are pretty easy to get.
I've located a '94 that I'm going to look at Monday, I know it won't happen but it'd be great if the books were in it. The best thing about it is it's less than an hour from the house. I need lots of little things for mine. -
Did you try some sort of junk yard for semi trucks.

Hi,
I ran across this site which has a wiring diagram for your Peterbuilt for the cost of $46.95.
There may be other helpful information for you as well.
Check it out. http://www.autorepairmanuals.biz/site/573683/page/915399
It's a very frustrating time when you really need a manual and don't have one.
Good luck in your search.
