CLEARWATER, Minn. -- Two people are dead and at least two others are injured following a major pileup on Interstate 94 near Clearwater Sunday night.
The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. and shutdown the westbound lanes of I-94 near the Clearwater exit. The lanes are not expected to reopen until early Monday morning.

The State Patrol says traffic was slowing for a vehicle fire when a semi slammed into a car, killing two people inside. A total of five vehicles were involved including the semi.

Authorities were still reconstructing the accident late Sunday night.
The names of the victims haven't been released.
