Just got in a new 2006 379 with the new dash layout and I’m wanting to know if there is a way to change the guage light bulbs from the ugly orange color?

If your gauges are orange someone might have installed amber bulbs. If that's the case you can switch back to regular clear bulbs.

You can also replace the bulbs with colored LEDs in any color you want, but it gets expensive.

That would be the new style dash. Gauges are a sealed unit ran off a daisy chain. Backlighting is not replaceable

Really? So the bulb goes out, you have to buy a whole gauge, that would suck.

Led gauges. Bulbs rarely burn out.

What? Can't even change color of lights in guages? They are taking fun out of trucking a little bit at a time.
