Hello,
Would anyone happen to have a guide on replacing the engine/trans mounts on a 2006 Volvo D16 or similar (D13 and D12 would probably be similar)? Thank you.

You could look through this and see if there might be anything that could help. Otherwise, maybe someone like @nasriza has probably done it before. Volvo also has some resources online similar to the link I posted, but it's kind of hit or miss depending on what you're looking for.MyLotion and Crude Truckin' Thank this. -
My dad is the owner operator and he doesn't speak the best English nor is he very technologically inclined, so I am trying to find some material to assist him. I would love to speak with @nasriza about the matter.
Thank you, sir!loudtom Thanks this. -
We managed to fix this without much issue at all. The rubber gave out on the old rear driver's side mount (see pic) which caused the bolts to snap right at the start of the threads.
The engine was basically sitting on top of the mount at an angle. We simply placed a bottle jack under the transmission, jacked it up to get a few inches of clearance and replaced the mount with a new one. After lowering the jack, the engine sat perfectly on the mount and the new bolts were able to slip in without issue.
The only pain point we experienced was with the hoses and wires that were zip tied to the bolts of the old mount. We had to cut the ties in order to get a wrench on the bolt heads back there.Attached Files:
