Hello everyone. I'm having AC problems on my 07 9900i. I bought it used AC Was decent. After 6 months or so it got warm and I haven't had any luck with getting the system to operate correctly. The rundown is I have changed every component of the sytem Apads module, freeze thermostat, evaporater expansion valve even relays and fuses. I still can't get the sytem to blow cold. It get cool but not cold. As long as I am moving 40mph or better It blows cooler around 65 degrees or so, as soon as I stop goes up to about 85 degrees depending on outside temperature also. I am at a total loss. I have had professionals tear it apart put it back still same problem. I have torn it apart put back same thing. Does anyone have any idea of what might be the problem, and how can I fix this issue.

Have you checked the radiator, condenser and charge air cooler to make sure plenty of air is getting through?

You stated that while moving down the road the air blows colder. Air Conditioning works by removing heat from the system via moving air through/across the condenser. While driving down the road air is forced past the condenser. Sitting the engine fan pulls air across it. Your problem is the fan, fan clutch or whatever is supposed to activate the fan.

Yes air seems to be flowing through fine. I blow out the radiator regularly.

Front actuator door works the rear isn't moving but it's open to cold air flow. Heater core is isolated and not producing any heat at all.

My fan operates as it should even when fan override is on I still don't have cold air at idle.
