2011 workstar boost control solenoid

    I have a 2011 workstar with a maxxforce 11 and it is throwing "boost control solenoid open circuit" spn 7312 fmi 5 code 1256. I use mitchell 1 for diagnostic help but this code is not even in the system. I have changed afew of the boost valves due to air leakage just curious if boost control unit is usually replaced with this code or any tips to diagnose. Engine does have low power complaint. Any help is appreciated.

    Some times the VG turbo actuators get stuck watch the actuator and have someone turn the key to the on position and see if it cycles if it doesnt free the linkage and lubricate it then try again if it doesnt move replace it
