2012 Volvo Ishift clutch proctection active meaning??

We're you rolling slow with your foot on the break? If so it is a protection system to keep the clutch from burning up. It can also mean your clutch is starting to go bad. How many miles on it

 

I am having same issue with MG volvo truck. Clutch protection active fault comes and goes after 10 seconds .I put new clutch and still having same issue .

 

I have volvo 760 2015 . It has 990k miles on it . I recently put the clutch and actuator after the clutch protection active fault came on. New clutch and actuator did not fix problem. When I start my truck ,fault comes on for 10 seconds. I do not put my feet on brake ,I barely press the accelerator.

 

Barely pressing IS THE PROBLEM.

I went through this with several of our drivers trying to barely press pedal.

You must learn to drive it by pressing until you feel clutch FULLY engage transmission.... Until it gets engaged fully , it's slipping and burning up
