Sure you can, you can put a prius engine in one too, but it takes money.

    Semination Thanks this.

Freightliner sells Cascadia gliders with S60, so yes, it's possible.

If you have money to burn anything is possible. You going to have big problem with the computers and the wiring.. Just get a Cascadia Glider Kit truck. It wired for the S60 or ever how they do it from the factory.

Kustom Truck has a kit in a box. Everything you need for $8500. I saw an ad for it the other day.

    Why though?

Buy a proper glider and put the motor in there. It would probably cost less to put the motor into a glider than a full engine swap (not counting the cost of the glider).

If his DD15 crapped the bed, a series 60 swap will likely cost less than a dd15 rebuild.

    Zeviander and 77fib77 Thank this.

C'mon just put a 740k mile, ran good when it was pulled, ISX. Nothing could go wrong.

S60 are cheap to rebuild that's a good choice. I have no idea the issues of changing engines and fuel module , computer, how it integrate with sam chassis modules, ect.....
Then you to get a competent person/shop to handle all of this.
