2013 VNL D13 cutting off while driving

VNL630. Cuts out while driving, it stopped happening for a month or 2 after we fixed a harness issue to the TCU but now it's back. Will be driving under normal conditions, lose throttle, coast to side, shuts off. Can happen 5-10 times in a day. Parameters seem to be fine, no codes from reader. Its a deleted D13 as well, but it's been deleted for the better part of 300k with no issues. Only thoughts are TCU, or maybe the software corrupted and needs a reprogrammed ECU.
