I got a 2015 Prostar with Cummins engine, the truck is continuously showing codes for outlet nox sensor, abs, tc and the triangle. I took it to the dealership multiple times and after they clear the codes they say they can't recreate the problem. The codes are coming on for a few day and then going out, sometimes if I turn the truck off and then back on the code goes away. Has anyone experienced a similar problem, I have to ask because the International dealership cannot figure out the problem, all they do is take my money for diagnostic and tell me there is no issue.

I have had all of the above problems. Is the truck equipped with the bendix wingman system?
-
Yes, Bendix with the forward radar
-
My experience has been the ABS and traction control issues are coming from that. What works sometimes is to unplug the radar box for a few minutes and plug ot back in. I assume you have no cruise control when the ABS and traction control lights come on. I used to have to pull the fuse for the bendix every night when I went to bed and plug it back in before I started the truck in the morning.
The nox sensor issue is intermittent and will go away when the readings normalize. I purchased a reset tool that would clear that code. I had my Prostar for just over a year, traded it in November 2019. I hope the government doesn't mandate all new production trucks to have a bendix system as they are junk and nobody knows how to work on them. My new LT does not have it.
Anymore questions I"ll do my best to help.WannaGoTrucks2016 Thanks this. -
Thank you, most times if I stop and turn the truck off and on again the abs and tc goes off. And then as I'm driving it eventually comes back on, flashs abs module, forward radar and gen trans flt. I recently had the transmission looked at and once again they found no issues. I'm guessing it can be a short in the wiring but do u think these issue could be caused by the radar being a little loose. I will try tightening up the bolts and see what happens tomorrow.

I don't know about the radar being loose, but wiring for sure. The question is where??? Becareful when tightening the radar not to knock it out of alignment.
Good luck. -

Have the same problem. Wheel sensors are usually reason for Abs but fixed nox and light keeps coming on.
