2016 T880 Windshield washer does nothing

    Not to make the operator sound like an idiot, but are you sure you are pushing on the right button. Paccar washers are the outer sleeve on the turn stalk for washers. The end button is flash to pass.......not washer. Only mention cuz I have run into it before with drivers in new trucks hitting the flash to pass for windshield washers.

    If it is actually is broken......my apologies in advance.

    If you verified power and ground and no damage/loose pins at harness connector . Verified wiper fluid motor is good. Verified fuses all good. Also verified that the wiper fluid nozzles and lines are not damaged plugged. Then might be a parameter issue since you said it has not worked since new. Need to hook up with ESA and check settings. Hope this helps

    Can’t remeber what exact location fuse is but the pdm is on then d/s fuses on firewall under hood. And behind panel by clutch pedal.

    Chassis node was my problem $1000 to fix it ...

    Our 2018 T880 , no washer pump . positive wire at pump would power momentarily and wink out .. after some time studining the wire diagram , we figured the Chassis node module was the culprit . switched in a new Node module . Fixxed .. $1200.00 part
