Why not? You could also lease a 2015 'Vette then quit ur job and cruise around town getting chicks, until it gets repoed.![]()

Celadon Trucking Serviceshas placed an order for nearly 500 International LoneStar tractors with Cummins ISX15 engines,Navistar announced.
The vehicles supplied to the truckload carrier will include Navistars OnCommand Connection, which features access to real-time fault codes, vehicle locations, nearby dealer locations and fault code actions plans.
It is the largest single order of LoneStar tractors ever, Navistar said.
Celadon is a true partner and this is another example of the confidence the market has in our products, said Bill Kozek, president, North America Truck and Parts. In this industry, we are the best at managing relationships and putting our customers first. By providing great products and backing up our offerings with great service, well continue to win. Celadon is also one of the fleets using OnCommand Connection, which provides a number of tools to help fleet managers further maximize vehicle uptime.
Compelling relationships and great service support provided by our International dealers made all the difference in this deal, said Dennis Huffmon, vice president and general manager, Midwest Region. We need to stay focused and continue to deliver for each and every customer because those efforts will keep us well positioned for the future. -
This is the same deal I had with ACT. I leased a 2014 T660 brand new. I consistently made 1200+ on my checks. I had to return my truck and come home due to a family emergency. They let me walk away from my lease clean and clear. According to celadon they are offering the same thing. I would just read all the fine print and keep moving. Don't try to go home every two weeks and expect to make a paycheck.

So basically you can't have a life outside of trucking? And #### I thought staying out for 6 days at a time was bad
-
Never said that, there's nothing wrong with staying out for 3 to 4 weeks at a time. For some people it's what they want, in my case my wife and I ride together and there is little need to come home unless it has something to do with family.

I'm with ACT as a company driver I also plan on staying here whether or not I lease a truck.I'm pretty happy here. Celadons Lone star lease seems to be to good to be true. Although it also sounds like ACTs program. Be interested in seeing how it turns out for the drivers over there

My youngest brother in law ( TRUCKING EXPERT
) has failed at 5 lease attempts , biggest reason for failure is he thinks he does not need to work . He will sit for a few weeks getting ready for the LEASE , then takes time to make sure everyone sees his NEW TRUCK. After which he will run for a few weeks then its HOME TIME ( but has no home ) then its NO ONES TELLING me where I have to go followed by I'm getting SCREWED over by whatever company it is at that time. The final outcome is a phone call with can someone pick me up at such and such place truck was taken back.
skellr Thanks this. -
For some people success is impossible, even when given a good shot at it...
Others are highly motivated and just make an unwise choice, then live to regret it. It can go both ways really.stormy379 Thanks this.
