I’ve gotten the majority of my inspections in NM and to be honest, sometimes I don’t really understand what they’re saying so I just nod my head or shrug my shoulders.

 

I think you have that backwards. The new Canadians are worse to have behind you. Passing in a curve and not quite clearing your door, never mind your hood, before they come back over. Or waiting till the sign says the merge lane ends as you’re trying to get over to finally try to pass.

I almost never noticed any other group or drivers so a Mexican doesn’t worry me. At least they learned most of the road rules. (Skill may be a different issue but every group has that problem. )

 

At the risk of making a generalized statement, to me it seems Mexican drivers are patient for the most part whereas New Canadians are lacking in that area.

It's not complicated, a lot states allow schools to act as both a school and third party exam sites, as long as the instructor for the student isn't also the examiner for their test. The ones that don't allow the schools to do it almost all allow 3rd party examiners, and if you look into it you will find most schools send their students to the same exam locations over and over again. Its a giant money racket and I wouldn't count on this incident changing anything.

They’ll be operating under a different name with a new DOT number tomorrow if they aren’t already.
