What parts are you looking for?

You can get a build sheet from the dealer that will give you part numbers. Some have changed over the years but it's a good starting point

They might also print out a schematic for the area you're working on. They gave me one for the HVAC system when I was working on that

I am actually looking for the aluminum body panels....
And local dealer will only look up parts etc...
They won’t give me print outs.

I haven't found anything like that for cab panels. Lots of resources for hood panels. Even if you did have the part numbers I doubt you would find replacements without going through a dealer, and I'd be surprised if they could actually get anything for you. They don't seem to be in the business of supporting legacy equipment

The cab panels aren't terribly complicated to repair for a good body person.. If you get to the point of needing to replace large chunks of it you're probably better off getting a salvaged cab, or calling LKQ to see what they have that might work

    Well put it this way....
Wiring harnesses were quoted at $21,000
    New dash... $5000

Some of the common harness, like the headlight harness, are available aftermarket. Inside the cab you're pretty much stuck with new from the dealer, used from LKQ/TPI, or making it yourself/paying someone to do it

That's what I'm doing right now. I completely replaced the engine harness and half the hood harness. The cab harness was good enough to save but I had to clean up a bunch of butchered wiring from the previous owners.

Most of the connectors are Packard 56 inside and weather pack outside. The passthrough on the firewall uses metri-pack pins. All 'off the shelf' stuff

Dash panels you might be able to find what you need on ebay. You can also have a metal shop make them using the old pieces as templates. Wood grain vinyl is available lots of places

    Are you restoring the truck?

    Yes I am restoring a 1991 379

I’m looking not for the aluminum dash panels but the black plastic that everything bolts to.

You can find them used.. but most of them are cracked up.... and mine is in bad shape....

And I am looking for the breakdowns... so I have the part numbers....
