We just bought an 07 379 with a C15 in it. I want to get the high flow cat free mufflers for it. Which ones are the best and who has them the cheapest? I know PP has some. I would like them to be a little louder with the jakes on, but still kinda quiet goin down the road. I also have seen the dynaflex muffs, those sound really nice.

the muffler you want is a donaldson m100463, it the same muffler pp sells, few people stock it and most will try to sell you the m100465 and tell you its the same and its cheaper...well its not....insist on the m100463 probably around $90 each from truckpro or fleetpride...sure beats $158 from pp.

NO, they are just the same a factory in size. If you got mufflers behind the door, these will work, if its mounted under the truck I can't help you.

The easiest way I found to do it is to crawl under your truck and measure the size of the factory one. Then go to Donaldson's website and pick what style your truck has. If it's the vertical mufflers behind the doors or the cab the ones ROBSREDFORD and Les2 posted about are what you want. However if it's under the cab like the ones I replaced on a '03 W900L I had to do some searching for one that had the inlet and outlet in the same end.

Here is a link, just pick whatever style you have. The one's I needed were "style 5, round, 5" so i could use the factory piping and brackets. Get the part # and make some calls.

U might want to check Walker Megaflow mufflers. I've put them on my Pete few years ago and liked it a lot. Little louder than stock but gave little better mpg. I think I've paid just over $ 100 each.

I went to Truckpro and looked at the cheapest Donaldson mufflers. They looked very un restrictive except for the bottom baffle. I bought them, took an air grinder and cut out the bottom baffle. They gave me 3/10's and some power and cost me $121 for the pair. Ohhh, nearly no change in noise from the stock ones that weighed about 100 lbs each.
