Alright guys, I've been searching high and low for any information on headlight replacements for a 385 and can't find a thing. My headlights are absolutely terrible and I'm getting fed up with it. If anyone out there has any suggestions I will be forever grateful to you! P.s. I've already been shot down for filling in the old lenses with fiberglass and mounting new ones.

Just hang with a truck passing you that has brighter lights. I say that as I have a 385 too & you are right, the lights suck.
& for the wound too tight sort, the above line was a joke.
Have seen one 385 that had the headlights filled, then mounted lights up on the side of the hood/grill. It did not look right, but to each their own.
All you can do is buy the 4300 Sylvania Silverstar bulbs. Mine have lasted 4 years, which I kind of thought they would have burned out by now.nofilter and kaptainkhaos Thank this. -
Haha it's no joke my friend, it's truth! I'm getting new bulbs next week, so we'll see if that helps at all. Otherwise I'm continuing to try and find some sort of replacement, even if I have to Frankenstein something to work.

I knew I should NOT have mentioned how long those bulbs would last. You can guess what went out today.
But given they did last this long will replace with the same.nofilter Thanks this.
