Ok if I remember right a factory 550 5ek engine has 58s in it.
Now then if someone came along and installed a file for say a 550 1lw you would have a hot setup like yours. This is because a 550 1lw has 57s for injectors but the tune has more fuel to make the 550 hp.
Sounds about right if your pushing 40 psi boost and running on the warm side.

You could just get the proper file for your serial # loaded back into the ecm to solve your problem. Or if you like the power just bolt a better turbo on there.
You will have to sooner then later anyway because you factory one is on borrowed time with your boost pressure now.
I'd suggest a non gated borg warner.
