You give up some rights in order to operate a commercial vehicle when it comes to regulation compliance.

 

Some jobs require you to give up some rights. Getting jobs that needs a Top Secret clearance requires that you answer some very personal questions. If you don't want to do that then you'll need to find another job.

 

Without cooperation from the driver/operator, the driver has not proven that they can operate said vehicle properly.. I would have locked down the truck until he could prove he could operate said vehicle..

Yea. They should set an obstacle course up that leads to the scales and require a 90 to get on them.

What's so hard about abiding the law? Getting your paycheck from the work you do?

In your case it could be equivalent to a diaper, a tampon or a soft spot to set your weak spot upon. I'll prolly get banned but ignorance tix me off.
