I am looking at Schneider and doing the 6 days on-3days off based out of Louisville, what can I look at for miles and how accurate are they at getting you home after your 6 days out?

It will probably be a more dedicated type of driving, if its anything like what Roehl has.
You will also likely be slip seating with a couple other guys in two or more trucks.
When your 6 days are up, you WILL be on your way home, cause your slip seating partner will be waiting for you.

miles are going to be whatever loads are available. Really depends on what freight is like out of your running area. Until you get hooked up with the other two drivers that will rotate with between the two trucks , Its more difficult for them to get you home on time. At least that is what I found. But since getting into the rotation, its like clockwork.

Downside to this schedule is there will be three weeks running where you only have 4 working days within a pay week. 1 with 5 and rounds out with a single 6 day in a pay week run. then it starts all over again.

    scoutsoutwalt Thanks this.
