They must have filled that driver position,i called the HR Mgr about 5 times, but he would never return my calls.

From what I've read on here, and seen/experienced out here in Cali ..... I think you're right on the money pattyj............ The lone exception being if his 6 months experience was: OTR- then that would suffice at a lot of places that advertise: "1 year exp"
not that he has no exp..... But I would think that the "job hopping" doesn't look good
