I don’t trust you calling in opinion piece versus the federal government telling you in writing what to do. Yes, I trust the FMCSA website more than I do you sir. The FM CSA website is a bulletin of explanation of the Original order
-
I think I can answer it. He thinks it's a regulations page and that all the pages have that disclaimer.ZVar Thanks this.
-
You and your little group are Wrong. Get over it
-
It is not the regulation itself but an explanation of it. And yes I did check if they are on pretty much anything on that website
-
So you refuse to answer the question. Until you can manage that you simply are not worth the effort of listening to.
-
Yes you are. Seems you still have a reading comprehension issue.
Too bad your ego won't let you admit you are wrong.Bean Jr. Thanks this. -
I have done loads directly for the federal government. I was audited personally by NAVFAC And had to show documentation that my pre-trip was done. They referred me for guidance to the website. This is why I chimed in on this thread.
-
You have a common sense problem. I can read. I also know Pre trip has been a part of trucking and will always be.
-
And what would havepened if you paid a mechanic to do the inspections instead? The answer is, if the auditor was following regulations, nothing different.
Just because the driver did the inspection and everything was fine doesn't mean he had to.Bean Jr. Thanks this.
