Learn How to Read. Most learn how in the first grade, Even those who don't speak aEnglish get it.

 

What's your excuse then as you obviously can't manage to read the regulations that have been posted several times?

 

I can read perfectly fine. What I read states I must be satisfied with the equipment.

I never claimed one should not do an inspection, only it's not required by the driver.

 

You're conflating two DIFFERENT things. No where is he saying that you should not be doing both a pre and post trip. He's just saying that the regs don't require it to be done by the driver.

Someone else can do it. Obviously if no one else is around. It'll be the driver. But it doesn't have to be.

 

Doesn't have to be another driver, or anyone else. Nobody has to do it.
