I have too many psi (100) on the low side port. Is that only from too much 134 or can it be from a bad "switch"?

Ac doesn't put out any cold air.

Do you have to "break" the system to change out switches?

Are you getting 100 with A/C comp. running or not spinning? most have a valve like in a tire stem that makes it safe to replace them.

100 psi with it spinning. I'm not sure if it is engaged, load diesel engine and all.

What is your high side at? Is your engine fan coming on? If the metal plate on the front of the compressor clutch is spinning then it is engaged. You will hear a load metal click when it engages and the engine fan usually kicks on too.

It could be from a bad compressor (or control circuit), too low of freon, too much freon, bad expansion valve, or a few others. Really need to know high side to narrow it down some more

    77fib77 Thanks this.
