I wonder how many bees it takes to make enough honey to fill one of these drums.
-
Have you ever hauled bees? Loved to get stopped at a scale house and volunteer to let them inspect the trailer......Friend, intrepidor, Knucklehead and 6 others Thank this.

No, not a lick of experience with anything like that. I just bring the drums over from across the street so they can be blended, packaged and shipped outFriend, bzinger, Sirscrapntruckalot and 4 others Thank this.

Cool, thanks.
I read thru the page but see anything that mentioned a time frame, but assumed it was per year. Depending on diet selected it came out to 66,000 bees per drum or 33,000.
My quick, not exact brain damage math puts our use somewhere around 37,000 drums a year. That's a boat load full of bees.Dale thompson, Feedman, bzinger and 3 others Thank this. -
Honey is a very heavy load . I’ve hauled Canadian honey loads most are 60,000 lbs and require a gap in the middle to axle out.. I don’t miss those loads lol

Bzinger, whatever happened to that hot girlfriend half your age you used to have, do you think her parents ever made her get a job or is she still looking for her next sugar daddy after you kicked her out your house?
Lol hope the job's still going good.Sons Hero, Knucklehead, 1951 ford and 2 others Thank this.
