I honestly had no clue it was that bad. I'm going to start being more friendly towards CRST drivers .

A year usually means an accumulated year but some companies are getting to the point that they want to see a solid year.

Basically you come from when you got your driver's license to now you don't worry about when you didn't work in between unless it was for extended periods of time but that experience they look at it when you have your driver's license to now some companies make pick it apart some companies may not it's just something you have to take a chance on

That’s a GREAT post!!! Everyone rags on the megas, and I’m sure they’ve earned their reputations (the megas, that is)- but there’s no denying MOST megas have not only the most freight, but also the most options available to drivers. If you’re not happy OTR at a mega ask for a dedicated, if that sucks, ask for something in flatbed. If that doesn’t work out ask for something regional to the area you’d like to drive in etc etc. You get what I’m saying.

Point is- instead of your 1st instinct being to leave, it should be to communicate with your company and see what else they have to offer

Yes, although it don't look good on your Resume though, I've had 4 jobs in the last 12 months so i understand your situation it really just depends on your employer, some view lots of jobs in a short time as your unstable however that is not always the case. 2 of the 4 jobs i had were seasonal and weather related so if the big wet comes that's the end of the work. So sometimes what can look bad can actually be factually explained, point being keep on trying don't worry about any declines keep knocking on doors till you get a job offer.
