Hi, I have tractor ABS light on. is this OO service violation? Also I had guys at TA hook up scanner to find the problem but with no luck. They said that everything is working as it should but I still have abs light on.

your trailer or companies

i bet its the abs box under the trailer.
-
Its not on the trailer its on my tractor. I even replaced one abs sensor that didn’t look right but that didn’t solve anything.77fib77 Thanks this.

Do you mean the light on the dash or the rear left of the trailer? Is the trailer light on when you drive? If so, what color?
-
Just tractor abs Light on the dash. Trailer abs light is not on.
-
Is it still on with the trailer power cord unplugged
-

I got nothing then, I have one trailer that will trip my tractor ABS light when i unplug it and reset the key it goes off. Then when I plug it back in and restart tractor it is on again. I just don't use that trailer unless have to.

I had a 2019 with abs light on and disabled traction control. Nobody could read it and when I finally got it to the KW dealer they said it was out of calibration and that fixed it.
Far as an OOS, yes. Will they site you for it, probably not. I see the bigger risk in if you have an accident, then they trying to put blame on you for not fixing your “braking system”.
