Accident

Hey good morning! not sure how to post a question i have a class A and I was hit by a mini van
I was in the middle lane and the van was in the left and hit me. I wasn’t given a ticket just a police report number. This accident happened around 730am yesterday. It is now 6:00am the next day and my arm feels a little sore. Should i go to a doctor or will going to a doctor at this point not be good for my CDL?
I’m not in pain or anything and I can use it with no problems. It’s just a bit sore.
I’m worried that if I go to a doctor it’s going tocause a problem with my license.
What are your thoughts and what would you do?

im not sure if the other driver got ticketed. After the cop took my info he went back to his car to run my insurance then he told me I can leave. I left but I saw him approach the other vehicle to get there view
