I think someone has something confused. its funny that is the date you have to get a exam from a person on the federal registry of medical examiners. now did you go to someone of your choosing or a company provided quack??

you guys should have been around in the days before drug testing, yes there was such a time.

A family member who had been driving for years was all upset about it when it came into being, he said before long everyone would have to submit to drug testing in transportation and production work, and I guess he was right.
An employer can go beyond the requirements of regulation, but not require less. I would be likely to not want to work for someone who would require more, but that is just the way I feel about things.
