My kw t680 a/c line started sweating and dripping on the skirt on passenger side. I have not seen this happen in the past. What would cause this? I checked freon and had 35 psi on low side. My engine fan is coming on more than usual as well. Are these related?

Sweating cold AC lines are normal. If you bring a cold truck into a warm shop what's the first thing that happens? All of the chrome starts to sweat like crazy. Condensation. And the higher the humidity, the worse they sweat.
Your engine fan is another matter IMO. Your handle here has farm in it, so I assume you may spend time in the field? Next time you have a minute with the truck shut down, crawl under the front end and have a look upward between the ataac and the radiator. I've been finding chaff getting sucked up from underneath and plugging things, not so much from coming in through the grill.
My prostar. Had to remove the accessories in front of the radiator to clean it. Brought the pressure washer into the shop and washed from engine side, then from grill side, then back from engine side again. There are sticky oils that attach to the hot radiator that blowing with air does not remove. Now I know I have to hang a piece of belting or something for harvest to keep things from coming up from underneath. Neighbor has a T800 with the same issue.
