Hey guys I have a 05 vnl 780 and have changed the O rings on most fittings but still leaks and while the bags are full everything works good but if I shut it off within 30 minutes truck is on the ground is there a specific type of O ring or a way to upgrade fittings or whatever helps, please this is so frustrating and thank you

Use soapy water and spray the airline fittings for leaks. Start at the air tanks, and then follow the airlines.

Are you shure it isn't the airbags leaking?
    Have you sprayed those?

I did that and I know what fittings are leaking but I’ve already replace the O rings but after a couple days they leak again

If the fittings are leaking again, check that the replacement O-rings are the correct size.

Replace pressure protection manifold. It's plastic and will leak even with new o-rings.

The newb driver and PE_T Thank this.

I’m not very familiar with o-ring fittings, but I would assume that you need to lubricate the o-rings. You also need to make sure you have the correct size and thickness for the o-rings.

Lubricate with what and yeah the size are right but you’re probably right on the thickness I’ll look into it thanks

    PE_T Thanks this.
