I have a 2000 Classic with a C-15. There is a ground wire running from the alternator to the starter. Just wondering if this is the way the factory does it or if someone added this on?

That's perty standard . Usually the power and ground go straight to the starter. That's where the main cables from the battery's are also , so it makes sence.
I've got 2 westernstar and that's how they are both setup

    The Admiral Thanks this.
