Amazon Relay Subcontracting Contracts?

Is there any way to subcontract amazon relay contracts while following all amazon rules?

I know a lot of people subcontract the contracts out to different companies, but I am hearing of warehouses questioning drivers and of companies getting suspended for this. Amazons terms and conditions say that subcontractors are allowed if permitted in writing. Has anyone actually received written permission?

No Subcontractors. UNLESS OTHERWISE PERMITTED IN WRITING, YOUR COMPANY IS NOT PERMITTED TO ASSIGN, SELL, SUBCONTRACT OR OTHERWISE BROKER OR DOUBLE BROKER SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

 

Ask Amazon if you feel it’s safe too . I suspect the only way to get it in writing is if your unit is disabled and you need to repower load.. Also the ones that do it probably do it without amazons permission.
