    If you read the e-commerce forums, same story for online shop owners, and also for the authors writing books;—and, the folks purchasing vans and doing last mile delivery.

    Most things at Amazon are looked after by robots. No human being to get hold of, unfortunately.

    Good luck getting to speak to a human if you phone them. Just for fun one day I played on their telephone tree for nearly eight hours. I was trying to track a shipment rom them.
    I left the line open on speaker phone while I did other office work. At the end of eight hours I gave up and went home.

    Hang in there, there are thousands of business you can present your quality service too. Ones that you can build a relationship with. I’d be hesitant to click and ship, ai stuff myself. I like to find solutions to problems, which would be difficult to do without a good relationship.
