    The article mentions an excavator boom coming loose and magically increasing in height...yeah sure!

    If you expand the picture it looks like a wheel loader/rubber tired loader to me but I could be wrong.

    Should they not know better ???

    They claim it was Properly Secured,

    but it worked loose,

    that excuse doesn't fly !!!!

    If it was "properly" secured it wouldn't/couldn't work loose could it!
