Another travel time logging question?

    Going to be interesting to see what the DOT is saying about they WalMart driver involved in the Tracy Morgan crash. He commuted to Delaware from his home in Georgia in his own car and began his workday without a 10 hr break. Was that legal or not?

    you got your info wrong on that, he had commuted from Georgia. but was on his SECOND driving shift. he had came up ran a shift taken a ten hour break then near the end of his second shift the crash happened, but he was legal on his log, an electronic one at that.

    that from the preliminary ntsb report.
