What the original Poster is saying is that a woman was in the third lane. She was just driving along with her head firmly up her ### when she noticed that she was going to fly right on by her exit. She then quickly moves over two lanes while breaking to avoid over shooting the exit ramp. Because she came over two lanes that put her directly in front of my client. She was braking so hard that she left skid marks on the center lane. By the time my client could react she had crossed in front of him. Thus she caused the accident. Had she simply gone to the next exit and then returned she would have avoided this unhappy incident. But now, my client faces the lost of driving privileges from his dear sweet mother. His future employment is doubtful. He is even having nightmares and dare I mention it, your honor, he has started bed wetting again. All because that cross dressing man or some as of yet un-indicted woman had to get to Walmart before the last of those magnum sized tampons were sold. I think it is time to say to this woman, YOU child of satan, get the to a safe driver course and thank your lucky stars that the accident you cause only did the harm it did and was not more horrifying.

Ladies and Gentleman of the Jury, give this man whatever her insurance limits are, but make the check out to me so I can deduct my 50%. I rest my case.

seems like she set it up for a future lawsuit, saying back pain but refused service, is another way of saying, let me wait the 3 years allowed. Than I'll say I've suffered along all this time.........

To the OP, I would go to the cop shop and talk to them about the incorrect police report and make sure that you get all the facts in there.

The reason is that the insurance company has to follow up on this and if there is discrepancies, then your repairs, any payments to cover the other person's costs and medical related coverage will not be allowed to paid until they are cleared up.
