NASTC/FleetOne is a cost plus program. Just remember that you have to pay $250 up front for the membership.

It has been worth it for me compared to my carrier's discount program and I only run about 80,000 miles a year.

    @DUNE-T

Are You run regional or OTR? I can check specific truckstops for You, TA/Petros cash vs NASTC price.

Update, This #### company continues to invoice me for what they think I owe them, and the amount keeps growing even though I haven't used the card. I confirmed with a friend in the FBI that this is considered fraud, so I reported them to the field office closest to them as well as a few other websites and the BBB. We'll see

    $250/year NASTC membership
    +$3.75? monthly fleetone fee
    +$50 1-time fleetone set-up fee
+ waste a day listening to them pitch other services (if you have own authority)

I still think it is worth it. In certain markets you may be able to shop around and get as good of a deal just paying cash, but you would have to really try to pay a terrible price for diesel at a NASTC station & it is nice to accumulate showers at national chains. Plus there is no swipe fee so you can fuel 50 gallons 3 times instead of one 150 gallon fill-up & get 3 showers (very handy if you only fuel once or twice a week.)

How much do you think you save per month using them?

On fuel? ~$25-50/month (compared to lowest price cash stops on fuelbook)

    On showers? ~$50/month

Plus I save ~5min per fuel stop not having to go to cashier before & after fueling (No need for receipts -- fleet one emails a copy with what I actually paid the next day)

How much is a typical discount do you see on TA/Petro? After reading some guys posts that they get 50-60 cents off, I called last week and signed up for Nastc orientation in January. I wonder if it's worth wasting a whole day in TN, if I am not gonna be saving 250-350 per month, since I am already saving about $150 per month using Rts card

    Battle Creek: $1.8211 (2 399)
    Ann Arbor: $1.8011 (2.399)
    Monroe: $1.8081 (2.339)
    Saginaw: $1.842 (2.179)
    Sawyer: $1.8314 (2.399)
    Tekonsha: $1.8251 (2.399)

    cheapest fuelbook cash price: $2.099

Fuel prices are going down now so the cost plus savings are highest. When fuel prices are rising, the discounts disappear
