Good morning,
I am in the process of applying for IFTA and IRP. In the application, it asks me for:
Unladen Weight
Gross registered weight
GVWR
They have rejected my application many times because they say I have written incorrectly these weights.
And now, they are asking me for a scale ticked that must include the VIN # and the verbage saying "unladen, tafe, or empty weight". but there is not scale where they do that!.
Has anyone experienced this?

We get ours done at the farmers scales. I'm positive there are places that do that, you just might not know where they are. Call some of the local scales and see if they know of a location that can do all of that for you. We have some scales that just hand write it and won't put details while others will give you a full info print out. Just a matter of calling around.

If you use the CAT scale mobile app you type in what you're hauling or empty and that will print on the ticket.

Get a one trip permit and drive to the closest scale..
