    I'm no lawyer, (Yeah)! But, shouldn't there be a separate criminal charge of theft or fraud for each time money was withheld and then not given to the states?

    The article is right, there are instances where companies don't forward awards to the agency after collecting from the employee, I know a few from another company affected this way.

    And what is worse is those drivers are still on the hook for not paying their child support! Talk about getting messed over!

    if Arrow took the money out of the drivers checks and DIDN'T forward it to the state then the drivers have nothing to worry about...its all on the company once they took the money..the state will go after Arrow for the money not the drivers..
