Due to family circumstances I will have to spend my nights at home soon and I won’t be able to be OTR that much.
I’m in the process of launching company to provide authority management services. That’s mean I would take care for entire paperwork and back office process up to date: safety programs, billing, payroll and quarterly taxes (if needed), reconciliations, registration, IFTA and state fuel tax filings etc. This also includes physical presence at audit, if needed. With exception of dispatching: I rather owner would work on this on their own.
I know many people would like to own their authority, their name on the door and their own schedule, however they don’t want to deal with headache of office part and record keeping requirements.
With current arrangements with my own authority, I’ve got paperwork in file cabinet: all marked and organized by folder, and on accounting side I’m using quickbooks desktop version. I would like to do it in same way.
I understand that some people wouldn’t want to share their financial information with someone else and I totally understand it. For this case I would sign non-disclosure agreement and “at-will” agreement meaning that clients would have ability to cancel my services at any time with no obligations.
I’m trying to determinate what would be fair price for such services and if this is worth for me to move forward.
Any advice much appreciated.

Trucking Authority Managment LLC?
Maybe $2500 to help them get setup and $2500/yr to maintain it? I have no idea. Whatever people are willing to pay for it I guess.brian991219 Thanks this. -
Basically a dispatch Service. Safety and such would need qualifying Creds to really be a selling point, I imagine. Call around See what the rates are for dispatch services.

What experience do you have in IFTA audits and compliance reviews? Anyone can have a nice filing system and still be in violation.
