We used to have a couple short insulated 307's at provost, I think they were the 'B' ends of some old B Trains...they were under 40' long and we had pre-loaded one for a US load [I wasn't in Canada but the US division] and the owner operator was worried about the bridge law until he measured the axles and realized Ohio would consider it a spread axle and 'just' keep him legal....
we kept busting butt to ship those old short trailers back to Canada but the always send them back!
